Ingredients:
- 15 ounces canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 15 ounces canned black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 3/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple sugar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ avocado, diced
- Grain-free Chips
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite grain-free chips.
